Andrew Gibson – Managing Director

Andy has over 20 years’ experience in delivering innovative people strategy and solutions to the corporate world and is a commercially savvy leader. Andy possesses substantial experience and expertise relating to resourcing and recruitment strategy, performance, as well as organisational change & design.

Andy has worked in-house and as a consultant, leading teams and driving transformation and change in demanding target driven environments. He has vast experience of milestone driven projects for blue-chip UK, European and US based clients, with project experience in the same geography using his language skills.

A particular focus for Andy is utilising objective assessment to obtain enhanced results in all areas of the people life cycle. He is experienced at delivering and embedding complex business transformation and change programmes, ensuring the optimal return on investment and the accomplishment of delivery based success criteria.

Andy also has experience in lecturing to Business Schools, consulting with SMEs and start-ups and has founded and grown a number of businesses from inception.

Ben Usher – Operations Director 

Ben has around 10 years of resourcing and talent experience with an array of organisations in the UK and overseas. His career has been spent recruiting individuals and complex teams across a number of different sectors both consultancy side and in-house.

Ben has vast experience in conducting rigorous UK and International head-hunting research and Executive Search exercises, developing internal candidate attraction strategy and managing end to end external recruitment processes. He has also resourced large scale, large budget transformation and change programmes globally.

Ben has a track record of delivering recruitment projects and searching out in-demand, niche individuals across many technology-led skillsets. He is also adept at talent mapping, the formation and maintenance of valuable niche talent pipelines, managing candidate acquisition marketing campaigns in order to deliver the most suitable and talent:ed resource.

Ben is responsible for leading resourcing activity and managing the talent:ed Network where exceptional individuals help drive success for talent:ed clients.

Kevin Chappell – Non-Executive Chairman

Kevin’s experience has seen him successfully build and manage teams across a global footprint in the US, Europe and Asia . He has led the strategy practice for PwC Consulting and IBM Global Services as well as having undertaken several senior Blue Chip Director level positions.

Kevin possesses an impressive track record of delivery experience including international mergers and acquisitions through to successful integration and company-wide organisational change programmes often with a technological and heavy people focus.

Kevin has worked with, and for some of the most recognised companies in the UK, Europe and globally, providing resourcing, people and HR strategy consultancy & advice.  He has also created bespoke solutions for forward thinking clients wanting to solve their talent acquisition problems & organisation design challenges.

Matt excels in complex global business environments, and successfully initiates and negotiates relationships to drive multimillion-dollar revenue and profitability gains.

Based in New Jersey, USA, Matt focuses on advising global organisations with their Cyber Security strategy, Digital Transformation Strategy and Technology execution.

He works with talent:ed to attract and retain top industry global talent and delivers thought-leading consultancy through expert strategy, vision, and leadership
