Andy has over 20 years’ experience in delivering innovative people strategy and solutions to the corporate world and is a commercially savvy leader. Andy possesses substantial experience and expertise relating to resourcing and recruitment strategy, performance, as well as organisational change & design.
Andy has worked in-house and as a consultant, leading teams and driving transformation and change in demanding target driven environments. He has vast experience of milestone driven projects for blue-chip UK, European and US based clients, with project experience in the same geography using his language skills.
A particular focus for Andy is utilising objective assessment to obtain enhanced results in all areas of the people life cycle. He is experienced at delivering and embedding complex business transformation and change programmes, ensuring the optimal return on investment and the accomplishment of delivery based success criteria.
Andy also has experience in lecturing to Business Schools, consulting with SMEs and start-ups and has founded and grown a number of businesses from inception.
